Hi Brian and Larry been a lot of years since we've seen each other. If I'd known you were playing Sturgis North I would have canceled my summer plans to hear you guys one more time . I still have a couple of cassettes that remind me of the ol days down at the Arms. A special thanks Brian for sending a ride for a very sad day for my clan. On a recent edition of That Metal Show (with guests Sebastian Bach and Anvil) they had this talk on great Canadian acts other than RUSH. Kickaxe was mentioned along with April Wine, Triumph, Helix, Lee Aaron and Piledriver.

Saw Kick Axe in 1984 or 85 @ Colorado State Fair grounds , Opening for Judas Priest; Freakin'Amazing. 1st time I ever heard them ! Loved ya ever since ! Vices is one of MY top 10 Albums of all times ! Discovered my cassettes last week , & totally drifted back!

I heard Eddie Trunk mention Kick Axe slightly when mentioning the best Canadian metal bands.Well for my money that is easy.You've been one of my favorites since forever.Still shuffling after all these years!!
