Kick Axe Update #1
Canadian rock group Gob released their 'Foot In Mouth Disease' album which included a cover of the Kick Axe song "Heavy Metal Shuffle" with a guest appearance by George Criston. This remake version was also included on the movie soundtrack of "FUBAR" in the summer of 2002.

Kick Axe has opened a page on MP3.COM to allow fans to communicate directly with the band and to showcase a rough demo of the song "Who Knows Ya". The band chose this song because of it's simplicity and the fact that it demonstrated the strength and quality of Gary Langen's vocals. This new song is receiving lots of positive response from fans around the world.

Old Kick Axe videos such as 'Rock the World' and "On The Road To Rock" are starting to re-appear on music video stations in the US and Canada. The videos were aired over the past several months on shows such as the "VH1 Classic Metal Mania" show, and the "Much Music Power Hour.
